Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. The service from start to finish was excellent. I called late in the afternoon and I was greeted by a very friendly gengleman who patiently answered all my questions and assured me that my order would be personnally handled. The result of the arrangement was stunning and the designer helped me by adding balloons which I had forgotten to add during my original order. There was frequesnt communication, pictures and a video of the end result before leaving the store. It's one of the rare florist that delivered exactly what I envisioned. When the flowers arrived at the hospital, it turned heads and received comments such as, "unbelieveably gorgeous" and "never seen anything like it" . The flowers that were delivered were exactly as displayed. Online ordering was easy and the team called to confirm time of delivery. I highly recommend and will use your florist again.
